My Baked Breadfruit Recipe


Breadfruit Tree and fruit.


1. Peel the Breadfruit as if it is a potato. Cut into half, and remove the hard central core.


2. Cut Breadfruit into 1.5cm thick in slices.


3. In a pot, put in 50g of butter; melt butter in stove over low fire. When butter melts, add a pinch of fine salt, and add in 1 tbsp of grated parmesan cheese. Stir well. Off fire.


4. Greese baking tray with oil. Dip each slice of breadfruit into melted butter and arrange into baking tray. Repeat until completed. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top of breadfruit.
5. Preheat oven at 200 degrees for 3 minutes, then bake breadfruit for 20-25 minutes.


6. Baked Breadfruit is done. 
7. Served.
