We stopped-by at Taman Awam Teluk Likas,
when we spotted a stall with a banner
Lemang Pandan for sale...
Lemang Pandan is a traditional Malaysian food made
of glutinous rice and coconut milk,
carefully packed into hollowed bamboo stick
lined with banana leaves
and
cooked over a low open fire with the
opening upwards.
Served together with sauce of
chicken curry or beef curry
or peanut curry
will taste perfect.
