My Yummy Foods


German bbq chicken pizza.
Strawberry jam butter cookies.

Seaweed Salad
Ingredients:
1/2 cup dried Arame seaweed
soaked in warm water for 15-20 minutes.
Rinse and chop Arame seaweed.
1 cup shredded cabbage and carrots.
2 tbsp soy sauce.
1 tbsp grated ginger.
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil.
1 tbsp sesame seed.

Preparation:
1. Mix all the above ingredients (except the sesame seeds)
into a large bowl.
2. Toss it well to ensure a proper coat.
3. Garnish with sesame seeds.
4. Keep it in the fridge a while before serving.

Arame is high in calcium, iodine, iron magnesium and vitamin A as well as being a good dietary source for many other minerals.
