Thick smoke everywhere from open burning
in the neighbouring country,
and bush fires causing breathing problems
for us in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah areas.
Ashes from burnt grass and trees can be seen everywhere...
there has been no rain for a couple of months...

visibility is bad along the beach....
The least we can do to protect ourself from haze;
1. Drink more water, take more fresh fruits and vegetables
2. Avoid unneccessary outdoor activities
3. Wear surgical masks
Praying that the air quality will be improved each day..
